Roles in Scope for the POC?

Which role can we use as POC to automate, integrate and bring AI into the process. Usually the best role to POC is the role that 'makes the money'

What systems does this role use?

Examples: Salesforce, Sharepoint, Teams, Slack, Google Docs/Drive, SAP, basically any system they touch in order to do their job

Is there an opportunity to have data flow from one system to the next without user manual entry (integration). If yes, which systems and what information?

Examples: Salesforce update to notify people in microsoft teams. Change in status in a system to trigger data to flow to SAP. Closing a deal in Salesforce to trigger invoice in Quickbooks. Auto close a ticket when something happens in another system

Is there an opportunity to automate things such as calculations, verifications, things that can be inferred by a system that is non-ambiguous but it is done manually by users?

Examples: Calculate income, fill out forms manually, moving information from one place to another, point A to point B tasks that are simple but yet requires a person to do

What areas do you see as the biggest opportunities to automate and include AI?
